Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of our business and products (customized digital video files), we generally do not offer refunds once the creative process has begun or the digital file has been delivered to you.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We may consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Product: If you have not received the delivery email within 48 hours of purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Major Defects: If the video contains significant technical errors or defects that were caused by our system (e.g., glitches, corrupted file) and cannot be fixed.
- Product Not as Described: If the final video is materially different from the preview template shown on our website.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You simply changed your mind after placing the order.
- You made a spelling error in the text provided (we generate videos based exactly on your input).
- You uploaded low-quality images that resulted in a low-quality video output.
4. Revisions
If there is a minor error in the video (e.g., a typo made by us, or a timing issue), we are happy to provide a free revision to correct the mistake. Please contact support within 7 days of receiving your video.
